All online orders $65+ (after any discounts) receive free standard shipping for addresses shipping within 48 Continental United States. Flat rate $5 shipping on all other orders. No promo code required. Note: Orders shipping to AK/HI/APO/FPO/PO Boxes may ship via USPS and may not qualify for free or flat-rate offers. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Shipping times



All orders ship from our studio shop in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx typically arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our studio. Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address or delivery timing. On occasion, severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

Full-price retail items

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.

Sale retail items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Candlemaking/Perfume-making appointments

All candlemaking and perfume-making experiences are final sale. 

If you wish to cancel, please call (626) 345-5838 or contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, a credit towards a future candlemaking or perfume-making experience will be notated on your account. Due to the popularity of our experiences, we cannot cancel reservations with less than 48 hours notice. 

If you booked your experience using a third party voucher and are cancelling at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled workshop date, your voucher will be reinstated and available for use toward a future class. If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, your voucher will be reinstated for its promotional value only. In order to use the voucher you will be required to pay the difference between the full price of the offer option you purchased and the promotional value of your voucher.

Private parties

All private parties are final sale. If you wish to cancel, please call (626) 345-5838 or contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled party time. If you cannot make your scheduled private party, a pass will be given as credit toward a future private party.

To process a return

Email or call Customer Service at (626) 345-5838 (Monday-Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST). Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email from Banter & Bliss Candle Co. and the package slip enclosed in your shipment).

Damages

If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email hello@banterandbliss.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide options.
