Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping times

All orders ship from our studio shop in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx typically arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our studio.

Full-price retail items

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.

Sale retail items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Candlemaking workhops/The Bar

All candlemaking workshops and Bar reservations purchased at promotional pricing are final sale. If you've purchased a workshop/Bar ticket at a promotional price and need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and passes will be given as a credit toward another workshop/Bar reservation.

All candlemaking workshops purchased and Bar reservations at full price after March 1, 2020 are final sale. If you've purchased a workshop/Bar ticket and need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and  passes will be given as a credit toward another workshop. For all candlemaking workshops and Bar reservations purchased at full price prior to March 1, 2020, 48-hour cancellation notice required or fee up to the price paid may apply. If you wish to cancel, please call (202) 340-5536 or contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class time. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, passes will be given as credit towards another workshop/Bar reservation.

If you booked your workshop/Bar reservation using a gift certificate or third party voucher and are cancelling at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled workshop date, your voucher will be reinstated and available for use toward a future workshop/Bar reservation.

Private parties

All private parties are final sale. If you can not make your scheduled private party, a pass will be given as credit toward a future private party.

To process a return

Email hello@banterandbliss.com or call Customer Service at (202) 340-5536 (Monday-Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST). Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email from Banter & Bliss Candle Co. and the package slip enclosed in your shipment).

Damages

If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email hello@banterandbliss.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.
