Full-price items

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date.

Sale items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To process a return

Email hello@banterandbliss.com or call Customer Service at (202) 340-5536 (Monday-Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST). Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email from Banter & Bliss Candle Co. and the package slip enclosed in your shipment).

Damages

If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email hello@banterandbliss.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.
