Private party takes place at our studio located at Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach. Private party workshops last 1 hour. There is plenty to do around Manhattan Village during this time. 15% discount will be provided for all Banter & Bliss products on the day of your class.

Additional participants above fifteen (15) can be added and will be billed at the same rate of $85 per person on the day of your party. When booking please indicate the number of participants in the 'Notes' section at checkout. Private party area will be available to host 30 minutes prior to scheduled party start time and an additional table will be provided to accommodate any food and/or drinks (non-alcoholic beverages only, please) you might want to bring for your guests. Party decor is allowed with the exception of helium-filled balloons which are not allowed.

Private party area is available for use for a private party 30 minutes prior to the start of your party plus 1 hour for the party itself. If you need additional time, you may purchase additional time in increments of 30 minutes. Each additional 30 minutes is $67.50 ($135/hour). If your party ends up taking more than 1 hour from your scheduled start time, additional time will be billed the day of the party at a rate of $135/hour or fraction thereof.

Perfume making is suitable for ages 10+. Pets are not allowed in the studio. We love pets but fragrances and hot wax are not suitable for pets or young children (under 10 years old). 

All participants 10-18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times - no unaccompanied minors may be left in the store. Each person who attends a workshop must have a ticket. Due to the limited size of our workshop space, we do not allow anyone to watch or participate in the class without a ticket (the only exception to this rule is for an adult accompanying a minor).

If you wish to cancel, please call (626) 345-5838 or contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, a credit towards a future candlemaking or perfume-making experience will be notated on your account. Due to the popularity of our experiences, we cannot cancel reservations with less than 48 hours notice.
