Re-orders are subject to the availability of specific fragrances used in your original scent. If fragrances in your blend have been discontinued and/or are no longer available, a Banter & Bliss representative will contact you.

Fragrance formulas are on file for fragrances made on and after June 1, 2023. For formulas made prior to June 1, 2023, we can fulfill re-orders only if you kept a record of your desired formula.

If you're re-ordering a custom scent as a gift, please include the name of the original creator and/or the name you used to make your original appointment, along with the scent name above.
