PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR PERFUME EXPERIENCE.

Perfumemaking experiences are designed for participants ages 10 and up.
While we’d love to include younger children, the use of fragrance oils
and perfumer's alcohol makes perfumemaking unsuitable for those under 10. All guests
between the ages of 10–18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout
the experience—unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the store. For
safety reasons, children under 10 are not allowed in the workshop space.
Perfume experiences generally last about one hour, depending on the number of participants.
All perfumemaking experiences and private party purchases are final sale. If you need to make changes, please use the reschedule link at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation Email to cancel or move your reservation to another date and time.
- 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop will receive a credit on your account to use toward a future perfumemaking experience.
- Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the experience. Please note that the reschedule/cancellation link will be disabled at this time.
Third-Party Vouchers:
- With 48+ hours’ notice, your voucher will be reinstated in full for a future experience.
- With less than 48 hours’ notice, your voucher will be reinstated for its promotional value only. To rebook, you will be required to pay the difference between the promotional value and the current full price of the experience.
Thank you for understanding that due to
the popularity of our experiences and private events, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
All private party bookings are final sale. If you need to make changes, please use the reschedule link at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation Email to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund; instead, you will receive a credit (pass) toward a future private party.

Please review our cancellation policy below to see if your appointment is eligible for rescheduling. If eligible, use the reschedule link at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation Email to either cancel (no refunds; credit toward a future experience only) or move your reservation to another date and time.
Important: The reschedule/cancellation link will be disabled less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy.
For the courtesy of all guests, experiences begin promptly at the scheduled time. To respect our staff and fellow participants, please arrive on time—late seating is not permitted. Guests who arrive late may be accommodated in the next available candlemaking experience, subject to availability.
Our store is highly fragrant, and if you are sensitive to scents or prone to headaches around fragrance, this experience may not be the best fit for you. To review the fragrances we offer, please visit our website, where you’ll find a full list of available scents and their notes. We encourage you to explore this in advance to ensure you’re
selecting the fragrances best suited for you.
We love pets, but for their safety and comfort, fragrances and perfumer's alcohol make our studio unsuitable for animals. Pets are not permitted in the studio.
Please note that our stores do not have public restrooms. If you’re visiting our Manhattan Beach or Brea locations, the mall offers multiple restrooms for your convenience.
Due to the popularity of our perfumemaking experiences, we strongly encourage making a reservation in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Our sessions often sell out quickly. Walk-in guests are welcome but will only be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis and only if space and an instructor are available.
Due to limited workshop space, all attendees must have a ticket to watch or participate. The only exception is for adults accompanying minors.
While we do provide aprons for participants, we recommend that you leave Chanel and Gucci at home—the fragrance oils that we use can be hard on fabrics!
We only allow food and non-alcoholic drinks in our private parties.
Our workshop set up is different at each location. If you have any special requests or needs, please indicate so in the special requests/notes section upon checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
