Our 8 oz. candles are hand-poured in Los Angeles and feature a sleek black glossy finish with our clean-burning coconut soy wax blend, custom fragrance blends, and  100% natural wicks. Our products are free of phthalates, pesticides, parabens, and sulfates and are never tested on animals. Approximate burn time 45-60 hours.

Failure to follow these instructions can result in personal injury and/or property damage.

  • Burn within sight.
  • Keep away from things that catch fire.
  • Keep away from children.
  • Center and trim wicks to 1/4” with each burn.
  • Place candle on a heat resistant surface or candle tray.
  • Keep wax pool free of debris.
  • Do not burn candle longer than 3-4 hours at a time.
  • The container will be hot when the candle is lit. Allow jar to cool completely before handling.
  • Allow wax to melt to the candle’s edge every burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Keep candles away from drafts to ensure a clean burn.
  • Use a wick dipper to extinguish a candle without soot or smoke.
  • Discontinue burning a candle when less than 1/4" of wax remains.

Shipping Times


All orders ship from our studio shop in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx typically arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our studio.



Full-price items


We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.

Email hello@banterandbliss.com or call Customer Service at (626) 345-5838 (Monday-Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST). Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email from Banter & Bliss Candle Co. and the package slip enclosed in your shipment).



Damages


If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email hello@banterandbliss.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.
