Make a Reservation Using a Groupon Voucher

Okay, today I’m going to show you how to use your Groupon on our website.
The first thing you need to know is that if you go directly to banterandbliss.com, that is not the correct link to book your Groupon. If you view your voucher, Groupon provides specific instructions. The first step is to go to the link: banterandbliss.com/collections/happy-hour
Once you click that link and the page loads, you will see the booking options. Click on either the image of the candles or where it says Manhattan Beach. This will direct you to the booking page with the calendar, where you can select your date and time.
Go ahead and select your date, then select your time. It is very important that you read the information on this page. Even after applying your Groupon, there may still be a balance due. We explain this on the page.
Sales tax is required on the full retail value of products or services redeemed with a third-party voucher, even if the order total is zero. You will still need to pay sales tax, and that amount will be shown on the booking page at checkout.
Click Next, agree to the store policies, then enter your name and email, and click Next again.
When you reach the next page, double-check the date and time to make sure they match what you intended to book. You must also make sure the quantity matches the number of guests on your Groupon voucher. For example, if your voucher is for two people, the quantity must be set to two.
After updating the quantity, click Checkout.
On the checkout page, review your order summary carefully. Make sure it says Voucher Redemption and shows the correct product. If it does not say voucher redemption, then the wrong product is in your cart and the Groupon will not work. Confirm that the correct date, time, name, and email are listed.
There will be a field where you enter your Groupon code. Enter the code from your voucher and click apply. Once applied, the total will be reduced by the value of the Groupon.
After that, click Pay Now.
Once you click Pay Now, the order will process and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered.
If you receive the confirmation email, your booking is complete. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If it is not in spam, try placing the order again, as sometimes the order does not go through if Pay Now was not clicked. You will always receive a confirmation email when the booking is successful.
