Free local delivery/pick up:
We offer free local delivery in the Los Angeles area. You may also choose to pick up your gift from our studio at Crafted at the Port of Los Angeles or in Pasadena. Select your desired option at checkout. Please note: we reserve the right to decline local delivery if delivery address falls outside of our general service area. If there is a problem with local delivery, we will contact you with shipping options or provide a full refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
All orders ship from our studio shop in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx typically arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our studio.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Email email@example.com or call Customer Service at (202) 340-5536 (Monday-Sunday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST). Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email from Banter & Bliss Candle Co. and the package slip enclosed in your shipment).
If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.
